Physical description and notes:
Laic has become a legend among the followers of Cetanu, the god of death. She started training to become a priestess at a very young age. After the mysterious disappearance of her family, she was determined to learn all the knowledge about death and destruction that her loving god had to offer. Thus, she became one of the most powerful followers of Cetanu. It is said that his wishes and thoughts are channeled through her through visions and dreams...or nightmares.

She spends much of her time in meditation. Though she prefers to walk amongst the crew and observe them, offering any guidance or wisdom she might have. She blesses hunts and blooding ceremonies with elaborate prayers and mystical blades and charms. Their leader finds her presence on their ship lucky and tries to keep her onboard for as long as she will stay.

Her helmet is made from a special metal that turns blue once it has been heated, making it durable yet beautiful. She wears ringlets of the same metal in her snow white tresses along with any other jewelry or accessories that catches her eye from the offerings chamber. Being the high priestess does have its perks. She hardly ever hunts, her brilliant coloring and vibrant sense of style does not work well in a hunting environment.

She, instead, enjoys the hunting on ship. Hunting young, vulnerable males that is. Any male would be happy to pay homedge to her in the hopes of recieving luck from Cetanu....or they are afraid for their puny little lives if they refuse her attentions.

She also payed a very high price for her intricate Nihkou'te Carvings. The wily artist, tailor, black smith, and all around old pervert Carver did them for her. She'll never let him forget how much she sacrificed to get the carvings. Unfortunately, during the fateful first hunt of the Brood, one of her beautiful tusks was broken off during battle with the cunning Ai, who had snuck aboard the Dachande. Laic showed her who was boss, but Ai got away with her life and a lovely carved tusk to add to her collection.

Laic is very domanearing, preferring everything her way. She is easily angered and is known to lash out violently if her temper is peaked. Some poor young bloods have been put on her "Split Second Sacrifices" list. But regardless of her explosive ways, she is highly respected and looked up to. There are few she shows too much respect too though. Not even the leader recieves much.

She is definately a force to be reckoned with.
